This website was created in commemoration of the fallen whose names are engraved on the War Memorial in Cluny Square, Buckie.
The Board of Directors of Buckie & District Fishing Heritage Centre unanimously agreed to commission a website for the Fallen of WW1 and WW2 whose names are engraved on the War Memorial, Cluny Square, Buckie. We wish to thank the following people:
The Estate of the late Betty Willingale for contributing towards the cost of the website. Betty was a WW2 Evacuee who lived in Buckie in 1939/1940 and never forgot the kindness of the Murray Family of 1 West Street, Buckie.
